Registration and Reporting
Two pieces on the filings behind every defense trade license: registration under part 122 of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, with its fee tiers, notices and record keeping, and the section 39 reporting of fees, commissions and political contributions under part 130, with the section 39A ban on offset incentive payments.
Two pieces in this topic

02Reporting fees, commissions and political contributions
Applicants report political contributions of $5,000 or more and fees or commissions of $100,000 or more on sales of $500,000 or more, and section 39A bars offset incentive payments.
